These apartments could really be ok. If youre someone needing an inexpensive place to stay for a while. And using the time to save money while minding your business. But because the manager Chrissy runs these rundown roach & now rat invested Apts like her personal playground that will make any sound mind person rethink living here. So not worth the hassle. This is the worst management I've ever come across.

No rules or regulations for her or tenants she likes. She is the problem at Brook Haven... . Not the tenants. They only do what she allows and over looks. She has people living there that owe over six months rent. Which anyone knows is beyond the playing the system timeframe. She has tenants who have been evicted and caused problems, re-renting with friends or family members. If you do her favors she will do you favors. If you bring this to her attention you become her target and she gives you a hard time on anything because you know what she allows is illegal! If she likes you & you party with her on the weekend, drinking with certain tenants who everyone knows is selling drugs & prostituting, Chrissy will turn a deaf ear to any problems these tenants have caused in the community. She is so caught up in tenant drama. And has had tenants fighting for telling who is sleeping with who.

Nothing gets serious until you have a problem with rent. She want work with everyday hardworking people with money coming in. She only works with the problem tenants. And when she gets too much police attention behind them, she will get mad and actually do her job. Just to appear to have been doing the job of a property manager the entire time.
