    great location horrible management

    I am a student at UA and have lived here for almost two years now. My first year it was okay just annoying how thin the walls are(can hear conversations through walls) and the space is very small on top of the very small amenities for such a high price. We had an issue with our sink draining that constantly occurs. As well we live right next to the trash Shute and it gets piled up and makes the place smell. However, we resigned because of the convenient location. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. November 13th,… 2023 our washing machine broke and since then we have not had one it is now January 2024. There has been a new excuse every week as to why we do not have a washer and I am completely fed up. We have had several maintenance workers come and tell us it is broken and they have to order a new one but not one order has been submitted considering it has been 11 weeks since the initial request. Not having a washing machine for almost 3 months now is simply not okay and we have not received any type of compensation yet. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
