Friendly staff, poor management and cheap build

The staff are friendly enough, but the bottom line is this is an old complex that’s been spruced up, but not enough.
Only Internet option is spectrum, complex is right next to K 10. You can hear the cars all day and all night. The trash compactor is not a major headache, but it just adds to the overall negative feeling about the place.
