Been here 6 yrs a lot has changed over the years. Office staff is ok love the maintenance crew. Feels like the complex wants to keep up pricing with newer properties and not as new to do so!

The Pointe at Heritage is a beautiful community with apartments in great conditions. The pool and the gym are fantastic and I would definitely enjoy them. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help residents.

Easy move in process, the apartment itself is very nice and updated. The few people I have met around the community so far are very nice. It has been a very nice experience so far.
