Move-in was smooth and very efficient! Apartment is incredible minus only a few things. The road noise from Six Forks is much more than anticipated which is a bit of an annoyance at the moment. There is more things broken/not working than preferred.

I enjoy living here! It's a peaceful community. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly and responsive. The office sends out regular communications about upcoming events and changes, which makes it very easy to stay informed about what's happening.

I am going to miss living here due to the saltwater pool, package room, gym, the people working in the office being great. The only thing is my bedroom gets the coldest in the winter where I to blankets at the baseboards and windows coverings. But everything else has been okay.
