Good location. Close to everything you would need/want. Been here since 2020. The complex has made some positive changes since then. The staff is pleasant.

Do Not Rent Here

I have lived here for 9 months and will not be renewing. This place is filthy, has serious maintenance issues. I've had a leaking roof for 8 months, a broken toilet for 7 months, roaches, and mold. The walls are so thin you can't get a moment's peace hearing all of your neighbors, some who blast loud music or party at all hours of the night. Also, foul odors come through daily via the A/C vents. Even an expensive air purifier cannot keep the apartment smelling clean. The onsite office staff... have all quit recently. The property management company, Arlington Properties, just sent me a lease renewal which doubled my rent if I want to go month to month. These people are slum lords. You can do better in Cary for the price.

Do Not Rent Here

This complex is filthy and falling apart. I had a leaking roof for months, broken plumbing, broken electrical outlets and switches, roaches, foul odors coming through the A/C vents, loud disturbances from my neighbors. The walls are paper thin; you will not have any peace and quiet living here. The management is dismissive and could care less. Also, they will double your rent to go month to month after one year. Go somewhere else, there are better options for the same price in Cary
