The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making the move-in process smooth and answering any questions promptly. It's the perfect balance for student life! Imagine living steps from campus and all the action of East Lansing, with a peaceful place to study and recharge. Amazing Apartments!!

The company is improving their Gates location every year! After adding the Amazon locker and amenities, they continued to improve the space by upgrading the exterior! The staff is so helpful. 5/5 ??

The Gates-Excellent

The Gates is a very nice apartment. Close to everything (school, restaurants, businesses, etc). Very nice! Clean apartment and building. Affordable. Overall would recommend to anyone.
