Always Helpful! There has never been a time when The Station Apartments Property Management Team has let me down. Issues will always arise, that is part of life, and they have always been fair and quick to respond to any concerns I have had. Thank You!

Somewhat disappointed I was hesitant to rent an apartment because I want a peaceful environment and in an apartment you never know who is beyond the wall. I have neighbors below who yell at their child, next door neighbors who argue, and a neighbor who leaves a dog to bark and howl for hours, which I have reported 3 times in the 2 weeks I've been here. Apparently that person isn't even supposed to have a dog. I have recorded the barking twice since the 3rd report was made. Not happy. and his is... why I was hesitant to get an apartment. It's been a nightmare come true. People don't care that the walls are paper thin, there is no kind of noise barrier in walls or floors. People don't know how to use their inside voice and respect neighbors and they let their kids run down the halls screaming. I wish, I wish, that there was a designated building for adults only, no pets, no kids. It wouldn't be discriminating. There are 10 buildings, just having 1 for a quieter living space is very reasonable. I want this to be my forever home, at 70, moving around gets more difficult. But I cannot be happy in a forever home when I have to wear ear plugs just to get some peace and quiet and sleep. Read More

Everything is wonderful here at the station! I’ve been living here for about 3 years and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are great and clean and the staff has been perfect for everything I’ve needed!

Where do I begin… The maintenance people are horrifically rude, and the office people are absent and extremely hard to get ahold of- unless they need something, then they are very available! The apartments are not worth the money and they will hit you with all kinds of surprise fees anytime you ask for anything. Come renewal time, they’re going to hike your rent beyond what I’m sure even Donald trump could afford, so good luck! They tried to justify the rent hike by offering some nice... “upgrades”- which was a choice between 1 (one) usb outlet or a keypad lock for the front door. That definitely justified the 400/month rent hike! And also- don’t expect to get your deposit back upon move out, instead expect to pay twice what you originally paid in “fees.” Walls are super thin, which is tough for anyone who works from home. The “central” ac doesn’t work for crap and they have one garbage area for the whole complex. The noise in the area is awful as well, since cars are constantly speeding by and it makes it a really loud and obnoxious place to call home. Parking situation is also really terrible- some people have multiple cars which is definitely not allowed, but they only enforce the rules they want to enforce. Pool/hot tub is out of commission all the time, and grounds are a dump. Definitely worth it to spend your money somewhere else worthwhile, like maybe on a tent to live in on the side of the road since that would be a better value! Read More

I don’t recommend living here. For the monthly cost of these apartments anytime you need something fixed they will try to charge you for it. Additionally I gave my notice on the first of the month not thinking about the fact there are only 28 days in February. They are now charging me a $500 fee because I did not give a full 30 day notice and I’m responsible for utilities the month of March which I won’t be here for. They did not do any kind of decrease or incentives considering they pretty much... completely closed down amenities during covid. And when they pool is open it’s almost always packed and filthy because of how big the complex is. All in all not worth the money. Read More
