Think about it We moved here two years ago. Things have definitely went downhill since then. There has been vandalism, police and other incidents at this property. The management team is very young, and they do not respond to emails or requests. We had a hit-and-run in the parking lot. I know exactly who did it. They were supposed to pull the videotapes from the office. But they never got back to me with that. So that cost us a $500 deductible right there. I would definitely think about looking… at other places before signing a lease here. This place really needs to step it up especially in the management area.
