Slum
I would not recommend living here. Noisy, disruptive, and at times disturbing behaviour exhibited by some residents. No sense of authority or accountability. Has been better in the past, it really depends on who is managing the property. If you have a hard time contacting the property manager (like I did) the property owner is a company called peak living. Just as bad. Very rude tone and make you feel like they do not care about your family and housing situation. Now my car has also been towed... from a parking lot I pay rent at. Couldn’t get worse! Don’t move here!
