In a bad neighbor and the management could care less and the building needs some serious revelations

Terrible
This place was terribly managed. The management couldn’t have cared about the well being of their tenants less. Every step was a struggle. Managers would switch constantly and no one would send the tenant notifications or updated contact information. Garbage once went weeks without being taken out. Laundry room was very dangerous.
It would just be wise to not rent from here.
