Terrible Communication and Zero Accountability
It has been several months since moving out, and we still haven’t received our security deposit or even a basic update. We’ve reached out repeatedly, and every message has been ignored. The lack of communication is shocking — it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple response from management.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. Timely communication and basic follow-through should be the minimum standard for any property management team, yet neither has been shown here.... Potential renters should be aware of how difficult it can be to get any accountability after move-out.
This situation has dragged on far longer than it should, and it reflects very poorly on how this place is managed.
