Family friendly community, great management and beautiful spacious apartments. Living here makes it hard to want to buy a house because our home is so comfortable and convenient

I would think twice before choosing this place to live. Management is rude and degrading. The grounds are dirty. The pool and hot tub are dirty, BBQ’s rarely work. The gym is a joke and there is no longer a business center. No assigned parking you have to pay if you want an assigned spot. Good luck finding a spot otherwise. No amenities to speak of for the high rent. So many new apartments being built close by do yourself a favor and rent there.

We have enjoyed the location of Painted Trails and for the most part things have gone pretty well. The office staff is normally very difficult to get in contact with, which can be pretty frustrating when having a question about rent or money related things.
