Beautiful View - New Management Solved Old Issues
I have lived here for 2 years. The new laundry rooms are clean and fresh. The new management is on top of the property and it has never looked cleaner. I totally would recommend it to any one!

looks like they are trying to Improve
As of 03/25/2023
TLDR: Old apartements that old management let go down the gutters and new management is trying to fix.
The Good:
The location and views are amazing. Whenever I've went and talked to/called the management they have been super helpful. They keep working to improve the place. Communication tends to pretty fast over email as well. The apartments have been updated recently with modern applicances and flooring and paint.
The Mid:
The complex was built in the 1940's so the original... craftsmenship was good but improvement by previous management was not so good. Laundry is hit or miss depending on which laundry room you go to. Parking is just kinda mid.
The Bad:
No dishwasher. Pipes are old and have clogged on me a couple times and I don't have long hair. Previous management let this place go down the drains so new management is having to pick up the pieces.

DO NOT RENT HERE
MOLD EVERYWHERE. Maintenance and office staff are a joke! Laundry room is disgusting and machines are constantly out of order and work poorly to begin with. Spider infested. No ventilation in bathroom or kitchen.
