Lake Carlton Arms is a charming, older community that's kept up beautifully. The landscaping and many lakes make it easy to want to get out, walk and stay active. What really stands out is the management, maintenance and grounds keeping team - they are always proactive, highly responsive, and clearly take pride in keeping our community in top shape. Lake Carlton Arms is a tranquil place to live surrounded by beautiful landscaping and numerous lakes. In my experience, all of the staff are friendly, professional and dedicated to keeping all the apartments and facilities safe and in best working order.

I’m not gonna lie, my building was likely built pre wwII, but they do a good job of keeping it up. No parking drama here, quiet & pleasant neighbors, too many speed bumps, laugher facilities always working, location is wonderful but van dyke is hell going east, they do keep up the property very well and the maintenance guys here will fix anything and fix it fast with zero hassle, I haven’t had to deal w management because I pay my rent on time. Been pretty happy here, I thought it was gonna be... like Auschwitz cause of the look of the building but it’s nice, I think everyone has a lake view, lots of pleasant retirees. That’s all i got. Beautiful landscape and apartments. Quiet and friendly community. Outstanding management. Lived here for years and it just gets better every year. I highly recommend Lake Carlton Arms.

That 's the first time in a long time that we are renting. Ownership with all the worries. We start our 4th year. We had a couple of issues that the management resolved quickly. Everything is kept spotless. Regrets? yes, we should have come earlier.
