Beautiful new property!

I wanted to move out of the Lakewood Ranch area, but still wanted to be at a luxury apartment community. I am so happy i found The Carlton. Low fees and great price on rent for the product you are receiving, not to mention the super nice amenities!

NO FEES PERIOD!

Great to be in a community without being hit with late fees, trash fees, pest control fees and tech fees (non-internet). I would highly recommend!
