Just two months in, pest problem, disposal brook 3 times and they won't replace it, toilet clogged and it took them 3 days to fix it, bathtub faucet broken and they hasn't fixed it after 8 days of my first call (can you imagine 8 days no shower?!! maybe they can). The maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and said it will be fixed tomorrow and he lied because after 3 days from his promise still not fixed.

Lacking Customer Service
When searching for an apartment you want people to make you feel invited. From day one I had to run around with this complex. They scheduled showings and no one came or even called to cancel. When you respond to their emails they don’t get back. Why send out emails? You apply they don’t get back to you and you have to call. I’m not understanding why it’s so much back in forth when I’m trying to give you money. This concerns me about what it would be like to live here and get in contact about any... issue.

This is a very well maintained community boasting of great schools as characterised by Howard County in general. This close knit and compact community is a conveniently located housing solution by shopping, highways, major roads and other daily life conveniences and necessities. It is within walking distance of the impressive and state of the art Miller Branch Library. The well laid out and open concept of this community makes it a favorite with the residents and a winner among competitors... .
