I've lived in the complex since 2017 and it's been so horrible that I'm FINALLY breaking my lease. During hurricane Irma I discovered there had to be a hole in my roof inside the water heater closet because the night the hurricane hit my kitchen floor was soaked from the rain I've been complain since then about the issue and nothing STILL has been done we recent 2 months ago this year 2019 I finally got someone to hear my cry about the issue only after calling code enforcement,the new... maintenance manager came over to fix the ac unit that I had been calling about for a whole week and 2 days and I had him look at the hole in the ceiling and how its effected the kitchen floor he told me it was rotten and needed to be replace as well as the wall where the ac vent is due to mold that he said wasnt active any more because it turned black (as if that was comforting) he had some company come out and like he told me he would call me with an appointment date and time for the floor and wall to be replaced. I've yet to hear from him after calling several times about it. Now today the issue is I've called several (5)times to get my carpet clean and they've said that they scheduled the cleaning and no one is showing up once I realize that no one was going to show up today I began calling the office at 5 p.m. the office closes at 6 p.m. no one answered the phone I called that hold hour back to back. I left a voicemail at 5:57 stating that I will be in the office tomorrow to get corporates number in I did not want to hear that they did not know the corporate number for the company that they work for for the millionth time this is not even half of it I just can't continue to type on this review moral of the story is please do not move here just because of the cheap rent nobody deserves to live in these conditions especially when you're always on time with your rent Read More

The maintenance staff has a high turnover rate so it could be very hard to have things tended to in a timely manner. Other than that, the only issue o really had were my neighbors downstairs being very loud at times.

I have recommended a few new residents to the complex. The office staff is very friendly and willing to fill requests promptly.

The only downfall is the pest issue, as well as resident's leaving trash in the halls and children making too much noise daily.

I would recommend Wedgewood Apartment to my family, and friends
