Galbraith Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

I just renewed my lease at this apartment complex, and honestly this has been the most awesome experience I've ever had. Getting in was fairly an easy process and the front office is very communicative, especially when it comes to construction going on and how to avoid towing.
Neighbors are polite and for the most part quiet.
I haven't had any abnormal issues or surprises within my unit either, appliances were new but not an updated unit and you would've thought it was an updated unit.
If... you're planning on living by yourself, with a roommate, or if you have a small family, this would be the place for you.

I love my townhouse it’s very spacious and met all my expectations for my new home . From the new appliances to the additional perks such as the swimming pool that Galbraithpointe had to offer . Maintenance team are quick to respond at needed request. Employees are very professional and educated on any questions or concerns rent may seem expensive to some but you get what you pay for and isn’t my townhome is worth every penny

The location is nice but pricey. While I can appreciate the upgrades and aesthetics, it’s been a challenge keeping up with the inconsistencies within the leasing office over the years that I’ve lived here. I’ve been “misinformed” multiple times about “policy” changes and I always have to email/call multiple times to get through and speak with someone. The staff can sometimes be rude and unprofessional. It’s a quiet area for the most part.

I love my townhome and the community. It is so quiet and peaceful. This is a good place to plant your self for a while. The office staff always nice/professional and accommodating to your needs.
