I’ve lived here for years and I’m happy with it. In unit washer/dryer and a balcony were a must for me. Love the large walk in closet. The new owners seem to be doing a good job fixing things up.

We moved here last minute because our last apartment was horrible. The communication was amazing. They answered any questions I had about the moving process. Apartments are updated and very nice. Hallways smell nice and stays clean. Definitely one of the best apartments I have lived in.

From the very start of our lease this complex was a nightmare. An actual murder was committed in one of our neighboring buildings, management was abyssal at communication, the buildings themselves are super old, drafty, and cracking at the seams even with new paint. Terrible old ac systems keep you hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst apartment I've ever lived in.
