maintenance issue I has been a week since I submitted the maintenance form, but they just have never come.

Elevator was broken for 2+ months, as was my washer upon move-in. Management can be nice, hosts lots of events, but this doesn't make up for the apartments themselves - would recommend renting somewhere cheaper and closer to campus.

Honestly nothing bad to really report. It took a while for one of the elevators to be repaired, however the community events and reliable maintenance make up for it.

All the staff are very friendly and my service requests are always filled pretty quickly! I wish things wouldn't break as often as they do, but the maintenance staff are on top of it after the fact.
