good place, poor mangement
i would give 0 stars if i had the option to. the place is not bad but it is the worst mangement i have ever come across. unprofessional, rude, mean, and lazy. the first year we lived here our unit became infestied with roachs after countless requests for pestcontrol and months of waiting finally somebody came. they atempted to evict us on numerous occasions and fined us for late payments even though we always payed out rent early, and when we brought this to there attention they gaslit us by... saying we never payed and showed us incurrect payment statments and refused to look at receipts showing we were on time. our hot water was cut after they didnt pay the gas bill (it is their responsibility to pay for it). our floorboards have been broken since the day we moved in. there has been water leaking from the floorboards, we have brought this to there attention and they have yet to do anything, more people are moving out then moving in, think twice before moving in.
