Great place to call home!!!

The homes are built with quality products and appliances. You can see the details from the front door to the stainless steel handles on the cabinets. The property manager Allen is very attentive and provides superb customer service. His communication style makes you feel like you've been knowing him forever. I would recommend this property to my family and friends due to the quality of the homes, amenities, and Allen's warm and inviting personality.

Heed the warnings of other reviewers

The recent winter storms brought on an onslaught of several residents’ pipes freezing and other associated issues, which were met with passive aggressive emails from management as they were apparently frustrated due to residents contacting them with questions. What I have found is that in the winter and summer, electricity bills tend to be higher as insulation is non-existent coupled with the high ceilings that they flaunt as ‘vaulted.’ Maintenance is decent, though understaffed, and apparently... overwhelmed by the flood of service requests, as when you submit a request, never expect a timely response. It usually takes days for them to respond if not a week. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for that perfect rental property because if you are looking for this one as an option, looks can definitely be deceiving. Oh, and don’t get me on the train that comes at the most inopportune times.

Love living here!

Everything from the staff to my home is excellent! I have my own garage attached to my home. Perfect when it is pouring down rain. Can’t wait for the clubhouse to be finished! My lease is coming up to renew and they can count me in!
