Great All Around!
Management was respectful and treated everyone like friends. Helped with anything needed. Fixed any maintenance issues needed. I lived in the one Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments. Both where Great! Had a small roach issue, but once management became aware, they were on it quick and now problem after that. Plus they have checks and exterminations every 3 months to keep the apartments nice and clean.
Caution for bottom floor residents, You will hear neighbors if they aren't quiet walkers.... Other than foot steps it's virtually silent though. Neighbors were great in either apt we stayed in. Made good friends with other tenets. Also I'm sure several Police officers and State Troopers live here as we'll so there's always a good eye on the place.
Great location near Alma Lake. If you like to hike or fish you're a short walk from the walking trail and water.
10/10 Would rent again!
