Twin Lakes Apartments are not that bad to live in ever since they have been bought out and received new property owners and managers. It can be a great place to live depending what neighbors are currently residing next door. There can be alot of ruckus going on all around most times since there is alot of people always around. The inside of the apartments are very spacious. You get 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and cable for an all in one price. The walls need to be repainted and some of the floors... need replaced. These apartments, I simply love them. They are two bedrooms nice size with two full baths and a huges walk on closet. Living room area is big enough to make a living and dining room area. The lichen comes with appliances, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal and will hold a small table with 4 chairs and a hutch. Has a bar connecting the living and dining area with kitchen all open, can even have bar stools. Has a utility room doors where washer and dryer are located with a third door for... extra storage. Cable TV is included in monthly price. Has huge trash cans to hold all the trash for a week. Concrete patio out back for your patio furniture and your flowers and garden area if wanted. The landlord fixes everything and in a quickly manner. They are a sweet couple. In a good neighborhood landlords make sure of that. It is a quiet, peaceful area. All yard work is done also by their son on a weekly basis. They also have a manager at the location, making it easy on everyone. No need to clean deep cleaning is done before you move in and all repairs completed. Really nice neighbors. Pets are allowed and their business is your responsibility to clean up afterwards.
