The whole move in process was absolutely quick and painless. Courtlyn was so was helpful every step of the way. Everything was ready to go for us and we’ve enjoyed the apartment so much since moving in. We’re grateful to share this new chapter with y’all here in Arkansas.

My family and I have loved being here! The pools are amazing, the landscaping is immaculate, and the employees always listen to our needs. We love the activities that are held, the gym, among other things! Honestly the only things I would change are
1) Getting rid of the music in the Cyber Lounge & Library. Most people who go in there are, like myself, are studying for postgraduate education and it would be awesome if it were silent, like a library should be.
2) Add a playground or something... for kids! In the courtyard would be PERFECT or an indoor playground would be next level. It’s basically too hot in the summers and too cold in the winter for an outdoor one anyway. Easier said than done, but there are a lot of families here who sure would appreciate it for sure!

It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, it's a gated community so it's safe. You're not gonna get bored because there are lots of things to do. The parking space is very spacious, you'll just add a little extra if you want a covered parking spot but I don't mind. The staff are very accommodating, and overall it just feels like home.
