These apartments are amazing and offer a wide range of amenities. The buildings are new and have a fresh, modern feel. The community is very secure, and I love spending time in the leasing center, which has games, a pool table, a virtual golf simulator, two movie theaters, a large swimming pool, and a well-equipped gym. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants and groceries nearby. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Things could be improved:
1. Trash:Only two large... trash areas serve Building 15, and they are often full. I frequently see raccoons, which is concerning. 2. Packages: Deliveries can be confusing because the entire complex uses the same address. Amazon sometimes leaves packages in the Hub without providing a pickup code, requiring a trip to the leasing office. 3. Amenities: A children's play area, tennis/pickleball courts would be great additions. 4. Elevators: The elevators break down at least once a week, forcing residents to use the stairs.

The community used to have many more amenities that made living here special. Now it’s only thirsty Thursday, bingo and crafts. Bring back card game social, mixology and other chances to gather and meet our neighbors. Be the five star community that we deserve like your Bowman location. The Pointe North Hills is not as nice as it once was.
