Great community. The staff is great. Lori and her team have done an awesome job with ensuring residents have a lot of activities to participate in during the week and have done a great job ensuring the pool is safe fun and enjoyable for residents during the busy times during the summer

The location is definitely one of its strongest points—close to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands and commuting very easy. The apartment layout is modern and generally comfortable, and the amenities are a nice bonus for the price point. Maintenance staff has also been responsive for standard requests, which I appreciate.
However, there have been noticeable issues with noise and building disturbances at times, including periods of construction or maintenance work that... can be quite disruptive inside the units.
Overall, it’s a decent place to live with a good location and solid basics, but the experience can vary depending on building conditions and how well ongoing maintenance or construction is managed.

We have enjoyed living here for 3 years and the property has expanded a lot over that time. The amenities are great and the rooms are nice. Just wish maintenance request responses were more timely. I’ve had several requests marked completed when no one came.
