I’ve lived here for a month and so far I’m not impressed. My apartment was not cleaned or move-in ready when I picked up the keys. There are holes in the walls that have not been fixed, even though I brought it to their attention day one. Both blinds in the living room were barely hanging on. The heat and air did not work for the first week and a half that I’ve lived here. The bathroom shower is missing grout and all the corners which means that moisture is getting behind the wall and will... create mold, but they have yet to fix it even though I brought it up four times.This experience has been anything but luxury apartment feel so far. I could’ve moved in someplace way cheaper and everything would’ve worked and at least looked nice.The office staff is nice, but that doesn’t help with all of the problems that are going on with the apartment. If you want to pay way too much and not get your problems fixed move in here.

The Pointe is AMAZING, absolutely beautiful. I enjoy receiving texts and emails about the events going on each night. Really looking forward to Thursday evenings for Thirsty Thursdays. Maintenance is prompt, small problem and they arrive immediately to fix it. The Pointe is perfect for what I was looking for.

we love the pointe north hills! we moved in a few months ago and it has been great. there are lots of ways to get involved with the apartment community, and the staff is all so friendly. the units are nice as well :)
