No parties are permitted on the premises, and violations resulting in disturbances, property damage, extensive cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home, with a $1,000 fine for smoking indoors and a $400 fine for pets discovered on the property. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
