Welcome to The Veloshire, a biker's dream where you can feel at home! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates 8 guests and offers easy access to Northwest Arkansas' favorite bike trails, just 0.1 miles from Mulligan.
This home features a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with a Smart TV with streaming channels, comfortable seating, board games, and an electric fireplace. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use. Bike amenities include bike racks, trail maps, and a wash station.
Enjoy the private patio with seating and a hot tub spa. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. The city of Bella Vista has a noise ordinance, and quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10PM-7AM. Failure to comply can result in up to a $1000 fine. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
