The cozy living room features a gray sectional, lounge chair, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV, with access to the back patio. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in, and there's a dining space for six. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine.
