This spacious studio-style loft is cyclist-friendly and features luxury amenities with plenty of natural light throughout. It sleeps four with a Queen-size bed and a Queen pullout bed. The cozy living room offers everything you need for rest and relaxation, including a gray couch, two lounge chairs, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances for staying in, and there's a dining space for four. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and you'll have access to a shared outdoor area, bike racks, and a bike wash station.
Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, there will be a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
