Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to be able to use any amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, or golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, and it must be taken care of prior to your arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, and cards cannot be issued on those days. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
