This spacious studio-style loft boasts luxury amenities and plenty of natural light throughout. It sleeps four comfortably with a Queen-size bed and a Queen pullout bed. The cozy living room is perfect for rest and relaxation, featuring a gray couch that converts into a Queen-size bed, two lounge chairs, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances for dining in, and there's a dining space for four. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and the shared outdoor area includes bike racks and a bike wash station.
Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days.

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine.
