This spacious studio-style loft is cyclist-friendly and features luxury amenities, plenty of natural light, and a cozy living room perfect for rest and relaxation. It sleeps four with a Queen-size bed and a Queen pullout bed. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances for staying in, and there's a dining space for four. Guests can also use the washer and dryer available in the apartment.
Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days.

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
