These apartments are very cute and have modern updates, but being able to hear my neighbor blow their nose in the morning, slide their shower curtain, slide the hangers in their closet, etc. makes this place less than desirable. We can hear EVERYTHING. People outside (even though we were on the 2nd floor), our neighbors as stated before... the floors creak awfully at night (which we have no control over, yet our downstairs neighbor complained of stomping... we were simply walking!). We can't... live in our own "home". We can't play music loudly, we try to refrain from having guests... it's awful and plain ridiculous. These apartments look nice but they have no soundproofing at all! I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. Management is awful and they will ignore your requests. Also there is a cockroach and slug infestation.
