and huge windows throughout to let all of the natural light in! Also, has a great 8 ft privacy fence and a new wooden deck to enjoy the sunshine! Has a private entrance unlike most duplexes. Utilities are already bundled for you at one set price so you don't have to worry about paying all the different utility companies every month. It is a flat additional charge of $300 and that includes fiber optic internet. If you have a pet we do not charge an additional pet deposit we only charge $25 a month extra per pet. The pet must be approved. We love all the fur babies and want them to have a great home as well!
