Centennial Valley I/II

Please stay away from here I cannot wait until my lease is up. People in the office are a joke. Neighbors are loud , cars and apartments get broken into, animals in walls. Run away horrible horrible horrible apartments by far the worst in Conway.

The gates are either broken and therefore cannot be closed, or they leave the exit side open. It's not like they can just drive in through the exit side or anything. The first year I lived in this place my car was broken into and my stereo stolen. The maintenance staff, manager, and office staff are jokes. We had an issue with a crazy neighbor, submitted evidence and they did nothing about it. They refused to stop our draft for the last month we lived there. Then didn't draft it and tried to… charge us fees. They will charge $90 for cleaning and painting even though you hire someone professionally to do it. When you say you are moving, you confirm your new address. When you turn in your keys, you confirm it again. Apparently confirming your new address is pointless and apparently they lack common sense. I am a college student living 14 hours away from home, and I have never felt more welcomed than at Centennial Valley. The management and staff are all very friendly people who you can contact at any moment in any situation and definitely people you can depend on. The location is wonderfully placed near beautiful neighborhoods, and just a short distance away from historic downtown Conway and the university.
