Just OK
The bad: can hear neighbors through walls and floors. Kids play in the parking lot unsupervised (and rarely get out of the way when you need to drive passed). Floors are gross and need replaced in some units. Fire alarms are due to be replaced and are located in the most sensitive places (e.g., taking a shower will set them off). Very minimal storage space.
The good: Area is pretty safe and the lot has security cameras everywhere. In town, so it is close to everything you'd need. Units look... nice (minus the floors in some) and are relatively new. Far enough away from interstate so it is quiet at night.

Best Apartments in Conway
While there may not be amenities on site, there is SO much to enjoy about these apartments. Spacious floor plans, close to everything, but overall very quiet in comparison to all of the other complexes I’ve stayed in. I’ve been a tenant for 3 years, and never had a single issue. Appliances are up to date, flooring is beautiful, and the large windows letting in all of the natural sunlight are my favorite touch. Whenever maintenance was requested, Steve, the landlord, was super communicative and... helpful. Very grateful to continue to be a renter here!
