The one star is for the apartment complex being close to the university and Dickson st, but that is the only redeeming quality this apartment has. It was infested with roaches and I found a couple of mice in my apartment. One time the spray nozzle on the showerhead broke and I put in a maintenance request, but the maintenance crew just marked it complete and didn’t replace the nozzle even though I placed the broken shower head on the rack. I had to put in another request to get it fixed. The... drainage pipe outside had a leak and when it rained really hard the water would leak through the door. The A/c had an issue every year and one time it broke down at the beginning of August and they didn’t bother fixing it until the end of September and the time before that it went out and the maintenance guy put in the wires wrong and when it was supposed to cool it got hot instead and got over 90 degrees in my apartment because I set it to 70 degrees and left for a few hours. I was later charged a $90 electric bill for that. Also it has a laundromat but they don’t have a quarter machine so you have to go out of your way to get change to use their laundromat and one time I used the laundromat my jeans got stolen and it was a couple pair of Levi’s and 2 other brands. The bathroom or sink always got clogged up every year due to poor draining systems from upstairs. One time someone was mugged in the back parking lot and a block away someone was murdered and on the other side of leveret they have had a couple of shootings by the apartment complex by eureka pizza.
