Worst management
The place is very old and ill managed so this place is a cheaper option to live during student life. But the manegement of this place compare their facilities with Cardinal/ Atmosphere apartments located nearby. They lives in utopia. The manager Patti is nicer while you lives there but once you give notice to leave she will do her best to make your miserable. Total personality twist. However, i got a dirty apartment when i moved in (no fresh paint, nail holes and stickers everywhere) she... deducted $120 for all those things from me. She tried best to delay my deposit until i left country that i will not be able to show proof by pictures. If you want to live there take all pictures before you turned in moved form.
