The Cliffs Townhouses

The Cliffs II Executive Townhomes were awesome! We recently relocated to Fayetteville and needed a place to stay for one month until we could move into our new home. The managers and staff at the Cliffs were always polite and went far above and beyond what they were required to do to accommodate us. We will miss the staff, they were just awesome!

Our fully furnished Townhome was on the top floor and was gorgeous! Plus, it had beautiful views of the mountains. My kids enjoyed the Olympic sized,... sparkling clean pool and I loved the very large fitness center, which had, what appeared to be, all brand new exercise equipment and was always quiet and clean. It had every kind of machine you could need and free weights as well. My 19 year old son especially liked to go hiking up the mountain and the hiking paths were right outside our townhome. He said the paths were well maintained and wide enough for two people to comfortably walk side-by-side. He also enjoyed going fishing in one of their several fishing ponds.

The entire complex was beautifully maintained and landscaped with flowering shrubs, waterfalls and fountains. In addition, it was always quiet and safe, even at night. I applaud the management and staff for ensuring it was kept safe and quiet by doing their job maintaining order. As far as paying for our stay, it went without a hitch. They were always straight forward and the rates were very reasonable, especially for such an upscale executive townhome. In addition, they refunded our full deposit when we moved out. I've always had my deposits refunded, no matter where I've stayed, by treating others' property with respect and by taking the time and putting forth the effort to clean our place when we moved out!

The community is quiet and pleasant with access to a trail and Mt. Sequoyah. The apartment is affordable.
