St. Andrews Apartments

I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Landlord is unfriendly and doesn’t get things fixed including a big hole she left in my ceiling for months and still wasn’t fixed when I left. The only way she responds (which isn’t very often) is through text and when she does she’s rude. Also rude when coming in for pest control. Just save yourself and don’t rent from these people. Very unprofessional.

Poor Property Manager. Very condescending and not helpful when asking. If repairs are made the tenant is accused of the damage when the repairs in my case were wear and tear as well as issues with plumbing. Ask for help and they take a long time to respond. When they do again they blame the tenant for the damage. Not willing to talk in person, just send text messages and emails.

It was a great location to get to places in town. I would not recommend the property due to maintenance issues,... lack of following up on repairs, Poor Management, and lack of care towards tenants. Read More

The manger doesn’t fix anything and if they do it take 6-8 months to replace blinds that were already messed when I moved in. They didn’t clean the place either before I moved in and will you text very unprofessional and cuss you out over the phone.

There’s better in Fort Smith for the same price and bigger size. This place needs a redo and fast.
