How Is This Rating Determined?

Do Not rent from hear

They blame you for damage done before you moved in and force you to pay for it. If the roaches they have mess up anything like outlets smoke detectors they make you replace them. They are bed bug infested and roach and move infested and the landlord and manager will screw you any way they can. If you do rent from them take pictures of the condition of the place before moving in so you cant be held responsible for things they didnt fix before you moved in. I'm out over 200 because they blamed me... for things that I didnt do and wasnt responsible for.
