They let you view the nicest apartment ever but once you move in, it's a totally different story. The apartment you move into, mold is everywhere especially in the bathroom.
Washer don't get your clothes washed, just wet. Mirror in the kitchen, like you want to watch yourself washing dishes. Kitchen is like a bathroom. They will charge you for every little bitty thing that was already there when you moved in. You will hear everything... your neighbor is talking about. Shall I keep going. Make sure you clean up all of the spider webs on the outside of your apartment because maintenance do not come around to spray and clean that up. You are staying there at your own risk because security ain't worth nothing. No cameras or anything. So if anything happen while you are staying there, nothing will be done. Going to the office will not help because the answer that they will give you is that security stop at a certain time and also start at a certain time. Security sits in one spot all day and do not ride the area. So be very careful if you move there. The rent amount sound good but a lot of issues and a lot of problems come with the low rent amount. Do not move here. If you move here on your own risk. First, they switched management and once they did that, management went downhill. She doesn’t have no respect for anyone. On top of that, they hire anybody. Second, maintenance don’t fix nothing, all they do is patch stuff up. They got all outdated appliance, cabinets, etc. Third, they don’t even give you a full 12 months, they give you 11 months and 2 weeks before either moving out or updating your lease. If you update your lease then your... rent go up a whole lot. If you move out after a certain date, they will try to evict you and then send you a very expensive bill to where ever you are moving to.
