Otter Creek Villas

The price is low. It used to be a nice place to live but over the past 3 years it's gotten to be sorry. When my son moved here in 2017 the carpet was shampooed but was matted & had large stains evev after cleaning it. The whole apt needed painting. I moved into his place in 2018. If you put in a work order it occassionally get done. I've called & went by the office several times in the past 2 months. The phone never gets answered. Always have to leave a voicemail but noone calls you back.... Usually noones at the office or the door is locked. I knocked today because I heard voices. She yelled out she's in a meeting. I asked what time I could come back. No response. I work 4 days a week so I don't have day's off to just keep coming back. I've been asking for my ceiling light to get serviced for 3 months in my kitchen. It comes on sometimes. I've asked for oven repair since 2018 several times, it cooks too fast. Nothing yet. I went by a few weeks ago & asked for a copy of my inventory form. I was told she would make a copy & attach to my door. This is why I'm back today. I called several times in May to see when my lease is up & how many days notice I had to give. A week later Corporate called me back. Several weeks later she finally called & apologize. I lived ther for 3 years and I miss it. The pool is clean. The apartments are good sized. The playground has a slide, and it's like a treehouse
