the rent is good ($425 for top floors & $415 for bottom floors) , and you only pay rent & electricity. However it's Very outdated. Brick walls, which makes it difficult to hang decor. No way to hang curtains, so you basically feel all the elements outside. I had many maintenance issues when I first moved in and 6 months into my lease, I'm still having them. There's one maintenance guy that does basically EVERYTHING. the landlord is not dependable, he's never in the office when he says, he... doesn't answer the phone nor will he call back if you left a voicemail. you pretty much have to camp out outside the leasing office to catch him. other than that It's pretty quiet, no noisy neighbors or children.
