There would always be someone outside yelling, laughing, and smoking. The walls, windows, and door are not of good quality so you could hear them very well and smoke will get in the apartment. The leasing manager back then would threaten to evict, the new leasing manager doesn't care. Washing machines are faulty. At least water is free, but that doesn't matter if they always shut your water off for long periods of time during the day.

I move in at quail valley soon and the apartments are very spacious, they just put tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, it's very quiet. Right down the street from Kroger and Food Wise which is a plus.

Crime is rampant partly due to the fact that the gate does not work properly. Vehicle break-ins are quite normal. Black mold is everywhere and is generally spray painted over, this being a non-effective remedy. There are condemned units, however the red condemned signs have been taken down. Poor appliance repairs- no replacement, poor outside drainage, poor pest control and poor attitudes in the office.
