one bedroom
apartment is spacious, plenty of closets, handicap bathroom, central heat and air. carpeting in living room and bedroom with tile floors in bath and kitchen. kitchen has all electric appliances, counter top stove w/wall oven and side by side refrigerator. this particiular apartment is very private. no excessive noise. lawn maintenance and trash pick up dependable. less than 5 minutes from fire station. available city transportation allows access to all downtown shopping. great landlord... and maintenance.
