It's NOT Senior Living, it is Slum Living!
This place is now owned by a man that has a great ability at dodging phone calls. He is a disaster at managing an apartment building. There has not been a manager since May 2022. No maintenance crew or cleaning person.
There are many areas on the roof that have been leaking for years. Rainwater also comes in from the neglected window frames that are rotting out. The building is dirty, dusty, stinky, and unsecured.
The only time you will see someone from the owner's company is when they sneak... in and grab the rent checks out of the box.
