Great place to live! I love it! The leasing consultants and staff do a very good job staying on top of things and are really good to address any maintenance problems that arise. The maintenance department is so nice and always willing to help. Really, really pleased.

Best place in town! Quiet, clean and beautiful. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities. I feel safe living at Pointe Brodie Creek and I’m glad I found this place.

Things are getting better at the community. This past year more precautions were taken during the snow. Poo prints was implemented to help with the unnecessary amount of dog waste in the main common area by the grills so I’m no longer worried about letting my kids play there. The weekly community event continues to cater exclusively to people who drink and isn’t very kid inclusive. I’d like to see 1 event a month that is more family friendly. The pool is nice however the strict rules of no toys... or floats for kids continues to be a sticking point for us.
The maintenance staff is phenomenal. I’ve met all of them at this point and they are very kind and handle issues quickly.
