I have had a good experience, I like the gym. The gym needs a sauna and step master. The grounds are nice, plenty of dogs around though. The playground is nice for children.

Well my wife and I (plus our daughter) have resided here in The Pointe Brodie Creek now since the end of September 2025. Thus far, we can honestly say that the overall experience has been a pleasant one! With all of the amnesties provided here you definitely feel a genuine sense of community! Whether siping coffee in the Coffee Bar or mingling with fellow residents on the always enjoyable “Thirsty Thursday” events, there is always something to do in this thriving community. So glad to be a part... of such a peaceful environment ??
