It not big enough , the tiles on the floor are Come up ,it in a wood it area

My thoughts
In the beginning everything was OK but as time goes on the value of the area went down. My apartment was broken into twice and the landlord didn't even show a sign of care. The rent it higher than what the apartments are worth. The complex can be spruced up and made to look more presentable. It needs to make people proud to call this place home.
