Most of the other homes in this area are summer vacation homes, so the area is very quiet fall through Spring.

The bedroom with 1 twin bed has had a second twin bed added since professional pictures were taken. I will also note, Wifi speeds can vary. When we lived here full time, we streamed TV and still do when we use the property with no issue, but there are times it slows down some.

Pet policy: no cats, dogs allowed

Appliances at the property include washer, garbage disposal, dryer, electric stove top, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, exhaust hood, microwave.

The renter will pay a flat rate which will cover electric, trash, cable, internet, and water. This flat rate is $300 per month.

The property has heat pump heating and central cooling.

Showings will be available starting September 1 2025. The preferred lease start date is Sep 1, 2025 and the preferred lease duration is 3 - 9 months. The property is not available for any leases between mid-May and early September due to owner use.
