They don’t cut their grass!
They don’t take care of anything! A month or more usually passes by before they will cut the grass again. It’s higher then my ankles and i can’t even walk my dog without getting bit. By ants, spiders, and I’ve even seen a snake! I shouldn’t have to be afraid to walk my dog. And we have the worst wasp problem on our balcony and they won’t do anything about it even after asking, again i shouldn’t feel afraid to go out of my balcony, we’ve been stung before! This is a very very slack apartment... complex. It’ll get shut down pretty soon.

We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Unfortunately, we've had some issues with our vendor regarding the landscaping which we have been working to address for a while now. Thankfully it should all be resolved soon, we appreciate... your patience. In regards to wasps on your balcony, please stop by the office so we can know which balcony to have sprayed by our regular pest control provider. WORST APARTMENTS IN SEARCY
Living here has been the worst experience I’ve ever had living in apartments. I’ve been here for 3 months and my microwave and air conditioning have already broken. I called in a maintenance order and it took them a month to show up and “fix” the microwave, AND IT WASNT EVEN FIXED. My apartment went a week being 80 degrees. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to fix anything or what but this is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had and wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE.... Horrible horrible horrible. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

If you wouldn't mind to call the office and give your apartment number for... review of your file; I can assure you that there is a good chance that parts needed to be ordered or another situation may have occurred causing our maintenance teams delay in your repairs. Please, also, feel free to call the office anytime there is any sort of delay in the future and it will be handled quickly. I don't think ppl on DIALYSIS*** should have live with bunch noise*** its really sad noise all time & nothing get done bout it***
