Bad management and gentrified property

Roaches and raggedy property lack of updates and repairs the pool is dirty the lawn it just looks horrible molded siding nasty breeze ways. Poor management with horrible attitudes.

Do your research!!

I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I've only been here a month and things are horrible. The maintenance crew is rude and so is management. I have been waiting 3 days now just for the cooperate office to contact me. Before signing the lease all I saw were smiles, afterwards that all changed. Please do your research before choosing them. No one warned me but I'm hoping to save others from the same mistake I made. They are reasonable but you sacrifice a lot more than… what the savings are worth.

Do Not Move Here!

They will tell you an apt. is available but once they get your application fee something happens. The person didn't move out, the supplies for the repairs have to be ordered, the maintenance aren't working fast. They know you probably have a time frame and hope you go away so they can claim their next victim. I assume the application fee is one way they pad their pockets. The app. fees are $35.00 for one and $70.00 for two people and non-refundable. If you have money to throw away; go for it.… LOL. This is a scam and I am surprised the Attorney Gen. hasn't gotten involved.
