C&W Springdale Estates

I don’t recommend these apartments to ANYONE!!! My sisters air conditioner was broke for 1 week and she kept calling and calling and once she told them that she has a toddler and she will file a report on the if they don’t fix they replied with “ we have major priorities right now ma’am we will get to yours as soon as we can “ like A CHILD LIVING AT A HOT APARTMENT WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING AND SHE COULD GET DYHYDRATED IS NOT A MAJOR PRIORITY? she as well has called multiple times in cause of bed... bugs. She has thrown so much furniture away from the bed bugs and no matter what the she cant get rid of them! Its been 6 months since she informed them and they still haven’t fixed anything! A lady told her she once rented there and she had the same exact problem and they never fixed it for her! The neighborhood is sooo dangerous, cops are always in and out of the Springdale estates! One time she parked in a parking place where the people downstairs park at (KEEP IN MIND THEY HAVE NO RULES OR REGULATIONS WITH THE PARKING SO YOU CAN PARK ANYWHERE) and they got mad and instead of asking her to move her car like civil people do they decide to put GLASS BOTTLES BEHIND HER WHEELS!!!! her toliet knob broke and she informed the main office and 1 month passed and still no fixing!!! STOVES ARE NASTY!! The neighborhood is NEVER SAFE FOR CHILDREN.
