Never do business with them.
Do not be misled by any listing you see for any property that is managed by Southland Management. The property manager was very rude to my husband and me. She made it extremely clear that there are no pets allowed under any circumstances. When my husband politely let her know that online listings say differently, she said that it's not her job to correct those listings and literally started calling the police even though my husband was calm, polite, and literally standing across the room from... her. She had less than no reason for calling the police over calmly asked questions. I only gave a 1 star rating because that's the lowest rating possible. If it were possible, I would give a rating of negative 5 stars. That property manager should not be allowed to manage any property anywhere, ever.
